1. Introduction

ATOM Media ("the Service") is a private content management tool. This policy describes what data the Service accesses, how it is used, and how it is stored.

2. Data Collection

The Service does not collect personal data from any third-party users. There are no user accounts, no analytics tracking, no cookies, and no data collection forms. The Service is operated by a single user (the owner) and has no public-facing user interface.

3. TikTok Data

The Service uses TikTok's Content Posting API to publish videos. The following TikTok data is accessed:

No TikTok user data beyond the owner's own account is accessed, stored, or processed. The Service does not access followers, comments, analytics, or any other user data.

4. Video Content

Videos are temporarily uploaded to a private AWS S3 bucket to provide a public URL for TikTok's content ingestion. Videos are the owner's original content and are not shared with any parties beyond the intended publishing platforms.

6. Data Storage & Security

All credentials, tokens, and content are stored locally on the owner's machine or in the owner's private cloud infrastructure. No data is stored on public or shared servers. API keys and tokens are kept in environment variable files that are not committed to version control.

7. Data Sharing

The Service does not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties. Content is published only to the platforms explicitly chosen by the owner (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).

8. Data Retention

OAuth tokens are retained until manually revoked or expired. Published content metadata (post IDs, timestamps) is stored locally for reference. The owner may delete any stored data at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service does not collect any data from children or any third-party users of any age.

10. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
